My mom gave me this plant that someone had down at her office but she didn't know what type it was. All she knew was that it needs to be repotted lol Any help would be appreciated! Here's the plant

This is Dracaena deremensis 'Compacta' or 'Janet Craig Compacta' (not entirely sure what the correct cultivar name is).
