Hello! you all are awesome!

Almost 10 years ago work was tossing a planter and I rescued this plant. It needed repotting for a long time and got spindly, but it has now been repotted and the leaves are getting bigger again.

I apologize for the quiality of the pictures. Here is the album.

The blooms are pale orange to pink, and have a double flower, trumpet-shaped, 1.5'' or so in length.

The leaves are oval and come to a point, and are green w/ purplish hues at the center of each leaf. They have slightly jagged edges.

It seems leggy, like a shrub but I wouldn't put it outside all year. It loves to be out in the summer, though! When I tried to keep it trimmed it wouldn't bloom. Now it blooms all. The. Time. Slight to no fragrance.

I love this plant, but I have never had anyone ID it. Can you help?

Also in the album is a plant I think is a snake plant. It is so happy in its violet pot! It started from one bulb and in 5 years has almost filled the pot in completely!

Thank you so much in advance for your time!

Heather

This looks like one of the Fuchsia varieties we had at my ex-job. We called them Fuchsia fulgens, but I think they're more likely Fuchsia triphylla.

Since it is a Fuchsia, you've done just the right thing by putting it outside in the summer.

Thank you! I had no idea! What an amazing plant. These say it blooms parts of the year but mine look like that year round...this must be an enthusiastic one!

Thank you for your help.

OK, so what do people know about pic 5? I can post a different pic, but it's a bulbous bottomed plant w/ wide roots that spreads and has shoots out the sides as well.

It has been very happy in this violet pot. I thought it was a snake plant but now am not so sure. It's a succulent.

Any ideas?
