This plant was growing in Monterey,CA and I'm havig trouble finding it on the web and in garden reference books and I want to buy one. Any ideas?

Looks like a member of the Podocarpus family...a Posocarpus Macrophylla 'maxi'.....Common name is Japanese Yew....
