Up until about 3 yrs ago I used to have a large (60 x 120 foot) vegetable garden, plus a separate potato patch. I never worried about space back then. Now I have a 16 foot square vegatable garden, plus 2- 3x8 foot raised beds. Now I have to think compact, where I've never had to before. I've also had to cut back on a lot of what I used to grow. In an effort to conserve space, should I consider planting my peppers between the tomatoe plants? Thanks.

I recently found a video collection on youtube by patty morano called gardengirl. Her show is all about limited space gardening. I especially loved the vertical gardening pieces. Have a watch and see if they help you a bit or give you some ideas. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RlQaOsDZuBQ&feature=related
