if not heres some care for your yucca, you could be wrong with its identification

Average room temperatures
Provide your plant with as much light as possible inside
Water frequently during summer months when its dry, and infrequently during winter.
repotting should be done every two years or when the roots are poking out of the bottom of the pot.
