Sorry for the barage of questions but I have been hording questions for a few months now :)

I want to buy a tall (maybe about 1 meter tall) bird cage and put several birds in it. I would love to be able to put a tall plant in it so that the birds would sit on the branches, maybe build nests, etc. Any ideas about this? Other URL's to look at? What would be really helpful is if you can connect me with some good search words.

The only issues with plants is in a cage the birds would knock them over if they aren't securely fastened down. Besides that, most plants that would fit in a cage would be too small for the birds to actally build in.

Thanks! Maybe what I am thinking about should best be described as a small bush or tree, about 30" tall

If you want to have a more natural look, simply use old sticks that are free of disease and incest and put them in the cage for the birds to sit on. And try something like a pothos or philodendron with the plant in the corner and wind the plant around the cage. Yhey are inxpensive and the plants branches can be rerooted in soil if necessary.
