Challenge for you. Let's see who can get the correct name of this plant first. :D Hint: it has very pretty flowers, leaves are simple (not compound), margins are smooth (no teeth or lobes), leaves are opposite. Plant is a dicot.

Why is nobody responding? Is this question too challenging for you? Please give me some input on the lack of responses this topic is getting...

I ignored the post because I thought you knew the name and was seeing if anybody else did. If you REALLY need the name I will find out for you.

Well at first I told everyone I didn't know the name. But then nobody replied. Then I thought maybe people like it better if it is like a fun game. That didn't work either :( It's just that I have the plant growing in my room and I would like to know how to take care of it, how often to water, how long to leave it in the sunlight, when it will finally flower, etc etc. If you think you can figure out the name, please let me know, I tried and couldn't. Thank you so much :)

I think it's evening primrose. Has it bloomed yet?

I searched for evening primrose but the leaves are very different. It hasn't bloomed yet :( Is there anything I can do to speed that up? I don't know how long it takes for flowers to show up but I have had this plant for 3 months...
