I find many plants are being put up into identifications often that have nothing to do with indoor/houseplants. Although we would gladly help you if we were aware. I think we should stick to houseplants.

sorry if i came across as bitchy or something, but it looks somewhat like a Wandering Jew, but the green species. the water covering the plant made it look aquatic.

I had the top portion of the plant in water a little too long that's why it looks aquatic, but the root speaks for itself. I will try to get a full plant picture taken and post it. Thanks for the lead. Venus Fly Trap, check back when I have a full plant picture posted. I appreciate your help.

My best guess would be some type of lily. In Washington plants that look similar to that grow wild in the forests. I am not sure of the name though. Hope this helps.
