Houseplant name needed Options

I bought this at a nursery over 4 yrs ago, it was in a small pot and since than grown into two stems. It came with no info and would like to know if anyone knows what it is.

Perhaps a type of impatience. does it flower? i could be wrong. for some reason at first i assumed umbrella tree.
