My snapdragons and petunias are not doing well this year. They keep dying and I keep replacing them. I have them in wine barrels outdoors. Iv'e never had this problem with my plants before.My question is how long does potting soil last before you need to replace it?What can I do to replenish it?Any suggestions?

Some type of fertilizer might help replenish some of the nutrients. How long have you been using the same soil?

I would recommend adding some soil moist, to help retain more moisture in the soil also.
