I had a Rose plant which i successfully grew at home, but , during the winter it had become totally dry and had absolutely no sign of life.<br>
Now with spring approaching , i can see that most of the plants around are showing signs of life but, my Rose plant still is dry. Does this mean I have to get rid of it?
